Making life easier for anyone managing tax effect accounting

EasyTEA is a program designed to save considerable time and risk for anyone performing tax effect accounting calculations.

Licence entitlements

The program is licensed on a per entity and per year basis. For example, a user may license the program in 2005 for 3 entities and 5 years. This allows the user to perform tax effect accounting calculations for those three entities covering the financial years 2005 through to 2009 inclusive.

The advantage of licensing multiple years up-front is that the user has immediate access to multiple period calculations which greatly assists in planning and budgeting.

If the user wishes to use the program to perform calculations for entities and/or years not covered by the initial licence, a licence upgrade can easily be arranged by telephone.

Pricing

The pricing is A$99 ex gst per entity and per year.  For example, to cater for 2 entities with calculation capacity for 7 years would cost A$1,386 ex gst.

Printed versions of the TEA Guide (a plain English guide to tax effect accounting) are priced at A$49 ex gst (an electronic version is accessible within the program on a context-sensitive basis).

A minimum order value of $990 ex gst applies to an initial order but does not apply to subsequent licence upgrades.

Licence upgrades after the initial order will be provided at prices applicable at the time of upgrade and no minimum order values would apply.

The 'per year' factor applies to all entities licensed (ie you cannot licence one entity for 2 years and another entity for 4 years).

As mentioned above, it is advantageous to licence multiple years up-front since this allows immediate access to multiple period calculations.  It also safeguards against potential price increases.

A full refund is provided if you are not satisfied and return the package within 30 days.
